William Po & Co CPA was established by Mr. William Po in April 1990. Previously, he trained with Coopers & Lybrand (now merged under the name of Pricewaterhouse Coopers) and worked for other international and local accountancy firms as well as for an Australian listed company for about 10 years before starting his own firm. William is a Chartered Accountant, a CPA (Practising) as well as a Certified Tax Advisor.

The firm offers auditing, company secretarial, tax compliance and tax planning (corporate and individual), and book-keeping services. Senior staff members include Esther Chan, Company Secretarial Manager, who is a Chartered Secretary with more than 30 years of relevant experience, and Nick Po, Audit Manager, who previously trained with Deloitte, and has 24 years of relevant experience.

The firm has a diversified portfolio of clients covering a wide spectrum of business activities as well as geographical locations.
