CanAsia Group (with our own AI assisted software, CanCan) is a new form consulting firm established by experienced accountants providing acting CFO services to fast growing companies and fund raising support services to early stage funds/investors, with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
We look for innovative ways to serve our clients as the acting CFO, advising on how to digitalise the finance process, to build bigger and better their business. Therefore we are in need of individuals who think outside the box, and have a digital mindset. Our mission - is to change the scene of professional accounting in Hong Kong from the current boring to innovative, digital, and quick.
We are also a fin-tech company with our own unique financial data processing software named CanCan. We have set up our Hong Kong office at the Hong Kong Science & Technology Park. We developed this financial data processing platform for small to medium size international tech companies to use.
We were established 10 years ago and have always been focusing on investment deals in technology, and service industries. As the acting CFO/long term adviser of fast growing companies in Hong Kong and China such as DayDayCook and The Cakery and PE and VC funds from the USA/UK, CanAsia accumulated valuable experience in performing financial due diligence, post-acquisition internal control design and implementation, and strategic advisory to technology companies at their early stage of growth.

We are working closely with fast-growing clients in Science Park.
