("Shandong Hi-Speed Group"). Shandong Hi-Speed Group is a solely state-owned comprehensive enterprise group. Its leaders are managed by Shandong Provincial Committee and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Committee of Shandong Province fulfill the responsibilities of the investors. It is mainly engaged in investment, construction, operation and management of highways, bridges, railways, rail transits, harbors, shipping and logistic. As the overseas investment platform of its controlling shareholder, CHINA SDHS FIN will capitalise on the industry resources and advantages of Shandong Hi-Speed Group, align with the country's "One Belt, One Road" policy and develop other financial services on the basis of stable development in order to become a 'unique, professional and all-round financial services investment institution' in Hong Kong financial market.
