CMBC Capital Holdings Limited (“CMBC Capital”, stock code: 1141.HK) is listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is the first overseas listed financial holding platform of CMBC International Holdings Limited ("CMBC International"), a wholly owned subsidiary of China Minsheng Banking Corporation Limited (“Minsheng Bank”). It is the second Chinese-funded investment bank successfully listed in the Hong Kong market, with CMBC International holding over 60% of its equity.

CMBC Capital group is currently licensed to engage in Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 2 (dealing in futures contracts), Type 4 (advising on securities), Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities, as well as the licensed money lending business and has all material licenses required for services expected to be required by most of its existing and potential clients at current stage, with the business area covering Hong Kong IPO sponsoring and underwriting, mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services, overseas bond issuance, margin financing, asset and financial management, direct investment and structured financing.
