CLEMENT C. W. CHAN & CO. was established in 1986 as a Firm of Certified Public Accountants in Hong Kong. At the very beginning, the Firm employed only one staff. Over the period of the development of the Firm, the Firm currently has some 40 employees and we are still expanding. The number of our Firm’s clients, comprising of individual clients and corporate clients collectively recorded in our updated client list, is significantly in excess of 700 and is approaching the level of 1,000. Our client base is diversified in terms of activities and nationality. One of our clients is a substantial private group that is engaged in operation of power plants generating revenue from sale of electricity, steam and coal in PRC with net worth in excess of RMB380 million.
