YTO Express (International) Holdings Limited (“YTO EXP INTL”) (formerly known as On Time Logistics Holdings Limited) was established in 2013. Its majority shares are acquired by YTO Express Group Co., Ltd. On Time Group, the subsidiary of YTO EXP INTL, was founded by Mr. Lam Chun Chin, Spencer in 1995. Integrating the resources and advantages of YTO Group and On Time, YTO EXP INTL has established the standard international logistics service system. Nowadays, YTO EXP INTL has owned 53 stations, distributing in 15 countries and areas, such as the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Japan, and Hong Kong.
