In January 2022, China Resources Property Management Limited of China Resources Group acquired Synergis property and facility management services business. The acquisition enhanced Synergis’ overall business strength and long-term development capabilities in Hong Kong and Mainland China, which will ultimately benefit the Company and our customers.
