Sushi Maker, an exquisite sushi takeaway shop, makes its debut in Shatin in 2021. In the same year, it marches into Wan Chai and opens its second branch.
Managed by experienced sushi chef, Sushi Maker specializes in making fresh, handmade sushi from raw ingredients directly imported from fish markets in Japan; it also features seasonal seafood delicacies, providing more than 100 types of high quality sushi, sashimi and roll.
