Mission:

• To define a systematic approach to increasing sales productivity, by supporting reps with the content, training and analytics they need to have more successful sales conversations.
• The successful candidate will be expected to initially analyze the internal and external customer requirements and expectations of the sales enablement role. This will entail an analysis of existing systems, processes and people and suggest improvements in order to optimize each aspect.

Responsibilities:

• Map content and learning resources to every stage of the sales process and customer buying journey
• Define and map existing processes to highlight areas of improvement
• Assess existing content and resources to establish usage baselines
• Suggest organizational restructuring to optimize the process (if required)
• Suggest improvements to asset mix per customer and sales person requirements
• Comprehend regional discrepancies/needs
• Establish metrics and monitor

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business Management
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Marketing
• Native English Speaker with excellent reading and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive decisions with key stakeholders in Divisions and Countries
