Reporting to Group Directors, you are responsible for maximizing business opportunities in Thermal Plastic & Thermoset Compounds Materials market. Key responsibilities will include:

• Development and implementation of strategic plan to improve market penetration,
• Overseeing sales forecasts/targets, annual budgets and manpower plan,
• To manage the product development, R&D departments in China to meet the customers’ requirement,
• General management experience in production (preferable chemicals / compounding) environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Strong management skills,
• Mature, dedicated, proven leader with proactive communication and team-building skills
• Aggressive and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is essential

Requirements:

• University graduates in Chemical Engineering, Science, Business Management or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of plastic industry experience, of which at least 8 years must be in senior management capacity
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Station in Dongguan, China (Meals & Dormitory provided)
