Job Duties:

• Manage receiving, distribution, safe keeping/ returning goods and materials according to purchasing orders properly authorized by relevant Officers
• Ensure timeliness, quality and quantity of all goods and materials purchased and in storage according to the operational and corporate standard.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of receiving, distribution, returning and contents in storage.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for the refill of stock according to predefined items and stock level.
• Perform ad hoc and periodical physical stock take in warehouse and other operational units with complete and accurate records
• Produce stock test and subsequent reports according to functional and management requirement.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• A minimum of 1-2 years relevant working experience in hotel or hospitality industry
• Knowledge in Food and Beverage, especially the name of food items in both English and Chinese is an advantage.
• Good command of both written & spoken Cantonese and English
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• A good team player, positive attitude, hard-working and willing to learn
• Immediate available is highly preferred
