The job holder is to supervise the daily operations of tray setting section to control and maintain the food tray set up according to specification and production plan. 

 Responsibilities

- To ensure the food can be uplifted to aircraft on time

- To arrange food items onto the airline trays according to the manuals

- To maintain good service on additional meal for all airlines

- To keep the working place neat and tidy and chiller is in order at all times

- To arrange manpower and prepare staff rosters

- To supervise the staffs for the observance of the safety standards and to promote work safety

- To provide on-the-job training to the subordinate

- 5-days work and shift duties is required

 Requirement

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years or above working experiences, supervisory experience is preferable 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
