Responsibilities:

• Report to Finance Manager
• To manage daily operations such as payable and receivable functions
• To handle cash flow, full month-end closing and full set of account
• To prepare accurate and timely financial, budget, and management reports
• To streamline work processes, and document related procedures and policies
• To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance 
• Minimum 7 years working experience in sizable corporations
• Sound knowledge of HK accounting practices, regulatory controls of accounting and taxation
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Hands on experience in MYOB and Microsoft Navision System will be an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) 
• Strong sense of responsibilities, well-organized, detail-minded and results oriented
• Work independently and under pressure;
• Immediate available is preferred
