Responsibilities:

• Formulate business strategy and implement action plans for business growth maximization.
• Manage & oversee from brand development to daily routine operations of the restaurant.
• Establish & steer service standards in restaurant to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Maximize profitability by driving sales & improve resources optimization.
• Apply company policies and procedures and ensure that standards are adhered to.
• Maintain effective communication and keep as highly motivated and cohesive team. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hotel and Catering Management or related discipline.
• At least 10 years relevant experience at a senior leadership level with hotel management experience preferred.
• Proven experience in developing & implementing restaurant Standard Operation Procedures.
• Familiar with Occupational Safety & Health and other operations related regulations.
• Well versed in computer applications.
• Creative & effective problem solving capability.
• Strong analytical skills with good numerical sense.
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills with spoken & written English and Cantonese.
