Job Description:

- Provide bar-tending service to customers, and provide drink suggestions for customers in a Chinese cuisine environment 

- Provide Wine selections for customers; maintain a comprehensive list of wine selections 

- Ensure customers' drinks are prepared according to Company's standard

- Work closely with the General Manager for total customer satisfaction

- Work with marketing and other vendors to enhance company image to external customers

- Maintain stock level of the bar 

- Relationship building between customers and our company

- Work 6 days a week, 9 hours per day

Requirement:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage industry in a bar-tending role 

- Knowledge of Red/White wine is a must

- Experience working in a Chinese cuisine fine-dining environment is an advantage 

- Mature, self-motivated, pro-active, outgoing, responsible and helpful

- Well organized, able to multi-task and a good team player

-  Fluent in Cantonese and English, and conversational Mandarin
