Job Description:

- Work closely with directors to enhance business growth strategy

- Work with marketing and other vendors to enhance company image to external customers

- Manage day to day operation of floor staff, ie, planning time schedule, maintenance and training of new staff

- Maintain the quality of service of staffs and monitor the quality of production by kitchen

- Act as a communication bridge between management and operation staff

- Lead operation staff to achieve sales target, various marketing objectives

- Relationship building between customers and our company

- Work 6 days a week, 9 hours per day, flexible hours

Requirement:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage industry in a senior managerial role

- Knowledge of wine and other alcoholic beverage is preferred

- Mature, self-motivated, pro-active, outgoing, responsible and helpful

- Well organized, able to multi-task and a good team player

- Excellent Management Experience and Leadership skills

- Good presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills 

- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

- Candidates with less experience may be considered in the position as Assistant Manager
