Responsibilities:

- Supervise the preparation and care of airline equipment for loading according to specification
- Meet flights to ensure the offloading of used equipment and the replacement with clean equipment are conducted in an orderly and efficient manner
- Supervise the proper uplifting of meals and maintain accurate records
- Ensure airline-catering requirements, equipment and loading plans are being observed
- Final check the provision item and coordinate with the cabin crew if there are any additional item is required
- Monitor staff roster, assignment, and overtime
- Assign duties to subordinate to achieve maximum efficiency
- Ensure that safety procedures are adhered to
- Supervise the staff for the observance of the safety standards and promote the safety at work in the company
- Meal planning and labels preparation
- Act as mentor to train Catering Coordinators
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Officer, Transportation or above
- 5 working days a week and shift duty may required

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above, with qualification in Transportation / Logistics / Aviation Management is a plus
- Two years or above working experience, experience in aviation industry is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Good computer literate, including MS Office
- Valid driving licence no. 1 & 2 is preferable
