Job responsibilities

• Responsible for general Central Kitchen - CK (Central Kitchen) operations including but not limited to the duties below:
  - CK administrative duties (e.g. facility maintenances)
  - communicate with food suppliers to fix any problem of delivery and quality control
  - purchasing order follow-ups and data entry
  - coordinate with restaurant staffs and make sure a smooth and prompt delivery

• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as required

Job requirements

• Form 5 or above with at least 2-3 years relevant working experiences
• Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Word Processing
• Responsible, independent, self-motivated and a team player
• Immediately available preferred

Monthly Salary: 13K to 15K (Depends on working experience)
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Hour: Mon to Fri 10am to 6pm
