Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, design and implement marketing strategies and activities to achieve the sales target
• Prepare the Advertising and Promotional budget
• Liaise with media, shopping mall and agencies on all advertising activities
• Develop promotional programs that enhance brand equity of the company
• Plan and execute merchandise presentation, window set-up and in-store display
• Provide customer service support, handling customer enquiry, conducting marketing analysis and developing/ updating company website
• Provide consumer feedbacks to main kitchen for products
• Maintains and updates a variety of distinctive client files and product lists
• Follow up sales order & delivery arrangement
• Support ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Well organized, with strong business and market sense
• Self-motivated, hard working, good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experiences in retail or food & catering service industry
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Photoshop, AI, Internet, Facebook etc.)
• University graduate is necessary
• Degree holder of Business related disciplines would be first priority
• Less experience will be considered as Asst. Sales & Marketing Manager
