Responsibilities

• Provide general office administration support such as office equipments maintenance, stationery/office supplies ordering & control etc;
• Ensure an efficient and effective office administrative service is maintained across office; 
• Assist to perform human resources functions such as attendance/leave record updating etc;
• Coordinate company events and functions as required;
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements

• F.5 above education level with 2 years experience as an administration supporting role
• Sense of responsibilities, self-motivated, attention to details, helpful, stable and good communication skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook    
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Immediate available is required
