ANX is looking for talented Mobile Engineers to join its growing Professional Services team in Hong Kong. At ANX you will be part of a diverse and multi-disciplined development team, gaining exposure to cutting edge technologies and the opportunity to work with some of the largest corporation in the industry. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will help transform requirements and designs into high performing feature rich applications on a wide variety of web based platforms and devices.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the mobile team of all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Deliver code in an agile team environment
• Lead and coach Developers on front-end developments. Provide training and mentoring developers to achieve team’s goals and meet timeline.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile application on iOS and Android using state-of-art FINTECH technology as directed by management
• Programming using TypeScript/JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, AngularJS and Node.js
• Build and develop on a Node.js stack and Cordova framework, with focus on front-end development
• Continuous improvement to processes and practices with new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies in creating new features and enhancing mobile application.
• Own the delivery of an entire piece of mobile application and prototypes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or other related discipline
• 4 - 6 years professional experience developing native Android / iOS applications
• Extensive hands-on development experience using Java and Objective-C
• Good working knowledge of Android + iOS SDK, Eclipse + Xcode and modern Developer Tools
• Experience integrating open source or 3rd party API’s and Libraries highly desirable
• Good understanding of mobile device variants, capabilities and constraints
• Good working of cross-platform mobile development skills (Cordova/Phonegap, ReactNative/ReactJS) highly desirable
• Web development skills (JavaScript, AngularJS, AJAX, HTML, CSS) also beneficial
• Exposure to Agile, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development is a plus
• Self-motivated and Customer focused, with good English communication skills
• Experience on rapid prototyping and understanding of modern design/UX techniques
• Hands-on experience: Node.js or other JavaScript frameworks, NoSQL, and RESTful web services
• Able to work independently with business owners to understand requirements
• Candidates with lesser experiences can be considered for Junior Developers.
