Job Description

The Job :

- Provide technical support on both hardware and software problems

- Participate to servers & network infrastructure upgrade & migration projects

- Coordinate with IT suppliers on server, network equipments

- Assist in preparing project or technical documentation

Requirements :

- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline

- At least 2 years support experience in PC/server operation system, enterprise network router and switch

- Solid experience in Windows server, active directory, VPN, VMware, etc.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

- Good communication skills in English and Chinese

- Fresh Graduates will be considered for the post of Junior IT Engineer
