Job Description: 

• Manage and monitor internal and external software development teams to ensure project deliverable meet requirements and deadlines;
• Lead projects in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures (e.g. PMP, PRINCE, Agile, SDLC);
• Communicate with clients to collect requirements, manage expectation, negotiate to protect company benefit;
• Prepare project documents, or manage and monitor other staffs to write them;
• Report project status regularly by attending meetings and preparing reports. Alert company if risks are foreseen;

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• PMP or relevant certification is highly desired;
• Experience in being an Assistant Project Manager to deal with external clients for 3 years;
• Experience in software development is a plus;
• Good technical and business communication skills;
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to learn;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good interpersonal skill and a good team player;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is a plus;
