• IT Department's daily operations, supports and tasks
• Responsible for IT infrastructure, security control, networking, back-up, disaster recovery and application/ system support;
• Develop and set up information technology strategies, policies and procedures to all areas including hardware, software, communications and information services.
• Storage, backup data and other administrative and clerical paperwork

Job Requirements工作要求

• Degree holder in computer science or IT related qualifications
• Minimum 3 years related IT helpdesk support experience in shipping forwarder company
• Broad knowledge on IT infrastructure and applications;
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English for user support
• Responsible, self-motivated, positive attitude
