Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support and maintenance services
• Handling system setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of servers and networks
• Handling customer technical enquiries and product/ system demonstration
• Ad- hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 3-5 years working experience on servers and networking is preferred
• Good knowledge on computer hardware, systems and software applications
• Able to provide off-office hours support
• Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem resolution
• Holder of MCP, MCSE or CNE/ MCNE is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mardarin
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills and hard working
• MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
