One of the world’s most recognizable retail brands seeks an IT Operations Manager to join their cutting edge infrastructure operations team, focused on supporting the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate technology infrastructure services for the APAC region, including outsourced server, network, firewall, email and telecommunication services.
• Supporting sell side business unit including research and trade business units
• Oversee business critical infrastructure projects in Asia Pacific
• Perform operations maintenance on desktop infrastructure, server room rack setups and trace network conditions
• Provide training of newly rolled out applications to business users
• Backup and recovery
• Business continuity planning
• Propose solutions to meet business technology infrastructure demands
• Ensure quality of services delivered by IT infrastructure vendors and escalate issues promptly
• Deliver and maintain IT infrastructure documentation

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 8 years technology working experience, with minimum 3 years of specialization in large scale technology infrastructure setups
• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure services including but not limited to network, storage solutions, server and desktop
• Awareness of information security best practices
• Mission Critical Support Management experience
• Experience within an Advertising or Marketing environment highly desirable
