Responsibilities:

• To perform daily operation in network operation center including monitoring various network equipment status and performance
• To perform first level support of system such as problem identification and escalate the issue to second level
• To prepare network performance and facility reports
• To provide technical telephone support for internal departments
• To handle fault incidents of IPLC, routers, servers and server room facilities in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
• Knowledge in TCP/IP, data networking technology including routers, switches, Windows OS and Linux operation systems
• Strong in analytical skills and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• 7 x 24 shift duty is required
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
