Job Purpose

An experienced professional who plan, organize, coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to provide professional project management services in integrating company's standard services, customized services and / or SI services to customer.

He/She is also responsible for ensuring customer subscribed services can be delivered on time with satisfaction in professional manner and in establishing and maintaining good relationship with VIP customers in different levels.

Responsibilities

Productivity Management

• Formulate, consult and instruct a project team with engineers and other project members in order to ensure quality services are provisioned to our customers;
• Coordinate with different vendors, partners and subsidiaries in order to align with the project plan and to follow the implementation schedule;

Communication

• Collaborate with sales and presales teams in order to understand the overall scope of work and deliverables of the enhanced projects;
• Communicate with customer in order to get their requirements, to advise the project cycle and to discuss and confirm customer's acceptance criteria;

Project Management

• Act as the project owner in order to manage assigned customer projects and capable to handle multiple enhanced type of projects independently;

Best Practice

• Produce Project Pack with project implementation plan with scope of work, schedule and deliverables to ensure project deployment and process are managed systematically;

Process Deployment

• Provide proper handover document to operation and support teams in order to streamline the daily process;

Requirements

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related;
• 8 years of relevant experience in managing large scale project in telecommunication industry, preferably in MNC or System integration Company;
• With 5 years solid experience in Project Management in IP Network, System Integration and Data Centre Services;
• Holder of PMP, PRINCE or PRINCE2;
• With Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper, Data Centre, Security or ITIL certificates will be an advantage;
• Strong hands on experience in trouble shooting and problem isolation;
• Able to communicate effectively with both internal an external parties at all levels;
• Good presentation and organizing skills together with analytical mindset;
• Able to work under pressure and independently;
