Responsibilities:

• Manage digital eCommerce boutiques content to drive sales for both global & local campaigns
• Liaise with eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from call-to-actions to landing pages
• Implement all-e-Merchandising activities as defined by eCommerce team
• Own the day-to-day back-end management to digital boutiques
• Contribute to the best-in-class customer experience objective
• Manage campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out
• Monitor digital technical trends, new technology to stay on top of digital innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree;
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in web-mastering, e-Commerce platform (desktop and mobile) management, content management, merchandising, A/B testing, personalization, with experience in SEO optimization a plus.
• Knowledge in eCommerce platform management including product, content and promotion, cross-selling, up-selling, A/B testing and personalization
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO and experience in multi-language content management system (CMS)
• Knowledge in online marketing tracking setup on Omniture and Google Analytics
• Result oriented and has analytical skills
• Proactively review performance and come up suggestions to improve
• Accurancy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Interpersonal & communication skills, ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Proficient PC skills
