Responsibilities:

• Provide the Desktop Facilities Services at the request of EUS Service Desk

• Coordinate with Service Desk for trouble-shooting the Hardware Issue

• Provide front-line implementation and support to enterprise desktop users eg troubleshooting of installation of hardware and software  

• Provide support for other office equipment, including setup and support of projectors

• Support IT projects and initiatives, and roll out of new or enhanced desktop facilities

• Conduct a complete inventory audit of both hardware equipment and software

• Check with wifi facilities, troubleshoot wifi network connection problems and others regards to wifi related problems

Requirements: 

• College Graduate or Degree Holder (preferably)

• At least 3 years Practical Experience on Deskside support Service

• Experience on Microsoft Window 7 & Window XP SP2, Microsoft Office/Outlook 2003/2010

• MCSE / MCE (preferably)

• Good Customer service skills is an advantage

• Good command of Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), Communicate effectively in English

• Immediately available is definitely an advantage

• Willing to work at different location sometimes
