POSITION OBJECTIVE

The incumbent will develop, maintain the server and network, and support internal clients, in order to provide a stable and reliable IT infrastructure for the company operation within company strategy and security policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• First level helpdesk support, eg. Setup, maintain and troubleshoot client account, hardware and software
• Administer, monitor and troubleshoot servers, server services and network infrastructure
• Responsible for Sharepoint configuration and workflow creation and maintenance including user and document management and workflow creation and maintenance
• Resolve issue and feedback solution to user in a timely manner to achieve highest level of service
• Follow IT security guideline, apply security patches, monitor, analyze and report vulnerability incidents to ensure a safe, secure and virus-free IT environment
• Document all changes on system landscape, topology, configuration and follow up on all support issues
• Document hardware and software inventory, licenses and contracts, in order to ensure the compliance of IT security policy
• Communicate with users, collect requirements, monitor status, and conduct UAT, evaluate risk and backup plan

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure operations and office automation support in a multinational company
• Solid experience in server and network administration
• Hands-on experience in network and infrastructure design
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office Sharepoint and Nintex Workflow
• Attention to details and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong intercultural, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in developing and designing solutions
• Project management skills and experience
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Windows operating environment
