Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for systems administration, maintenance, testing and development
- Perform first line problem detection and escalation
- Provide PC and IT services support for both hardware and software installation and configuration
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with 3 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge in Windows Server, Lotus Note, inter-networking equipment and backup solution
- Experience in PC hardware & software installation and troubleshooting
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
- Work Location: Chek Lap Kok
