Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager to lead and supervise the Company Secretarial Assistants in order to ensure the quality of work and service delivery are maintain
  • Review daily tasks prepared by the Company Secretarial Assistants to ensure timely completion and accuracy
  • Manage and handle full set of company secretarial matters and incorporation of clients’ companies in both Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
  • Support your manager to provide solutions and handle clients’ enquires
  • Assist in handling ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements

  • Degree holder with professional qualification or final stage in ICSA/HKICS
  • Minimum 5 years solid working experience gained from law firms or professional firms
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Familiar with CSA program
  • Able to communicate with client at all levels
  • Able to work independently and as a good team leader
  • Meticulous to details and can work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferable
