Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on both hardware, software, and computer services
• Provide regular testing of IT equipment and monitoring of IT equipment status
• Perform maintenance and configuration of Network equipment
• Maintain CRM (Customer relationship management) system and perform system administration
• Provide technical support in social media marketing implementation
• Assist in laser related machine manipulation
• Assist in maintaining office facilities occasionally
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years working experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
• Pleasant personality and a good team player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
