Job Description

The Job :

- Assist to manage supporting team for desktop management, helpdesk services and IT projects

- Provide technical guidance, recommendations and training to teahcnical teams

- Responsible for group level support, evalution, implementation, release management, etc.

- Prepare technical documentation

Requirements :

- Diploma or above in IT or related isciplines

- At least 4 years experience in desktop management role

- Solid experience in Windows 10, SCCM, GPO & Office 35

- Experience in Windows 10 migration & desktop image management is a MUST

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in business environment

- Good command of English & Chinese
