Responsibilities:

• Involve the entire system development life cycle (SDLC), including collection of user requirements, system analysis and design and system development and testing
• Perform coding and system test
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user training

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Java /.Net and RDBMS
• Knowledge in development frameworks and system integration
• Good communication, presentation and technical writing skills
• Self-motivated, a team player, hardworking and able to work independently
• With government project experience is a definite advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Analyst Programmer-ESD201
