Job Description
Location Hong Kong
Reporting To Technical Manager, Asia Pacific
Job Purpose To provide technical support for key account development, and applications support for regional customers and agents for industrial products.
Territories Asia Pacific
Job Functions
- Execute the key account program by supporting global key customers for color standardization; supply chain training; and accreditation programs.
- Assist in key accounts business development by working together with the regional and global key account managers.
- Provide product training to customers and dealers for instruments and software systems.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide applications support to customers and assist them in trouble-shooting for application-related problems.
- Provide internal technical product support, including product trainings, and pre-sales technical support.
- Assist the product development and update process by providing feedback on customers’ requests.
- Prepare technical documentations on products and applications
- Prepare and give presentations for technical seminars.
- Assist in trade shows by giving technical support and demonstrations.
- Develop and implement an efficient customer service policy, including products update and technical service.
Education & Experience
A degree in textile chemistry/technology; have good understanding of the textile dyeing & finishing process; experience with the workflow in apparel & supply chain particularly in quality management.
Traveling Frequent traveling required
Other Requirements Must be a good team player; open-minded; proactive; and be able to work independently with self-discipline.
