Job Description:

• Provide on-site technical support for workstation, server, network and IT facilities;
• Server/Workstation hardware and software installation and configuration;
• Assist project implementation, maintenance and support.

Requirement:

• Diploma or higher level in Computer Science/Information Technology qualification;
• 1 year experience in technical support on WINDOWS/MAC platform;
• MCSE or CCNA credential holder is an advantage;
• Knowledge on Microsoft product, Networking, Security and Users hardware/software troubleshooting;
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Team player; pleasant and logical personality; capable of handling challenges and self-motivated;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered as Support Engineer
