• Designs and develops the J2EE code for the server side engines, web based components using standard technologies and frameworks such as MVC to database design, maintaining a high quality business application and functionality

• Develops server side component  

• Integration of application server side components with UI components

• Manage 2success IT technology project(s), including defining scope, requirements gathering, setting and meeting deliverable deadlines and resource management   

• Interface with the management and business

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering      (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent  

• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.  

• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer -Software or equivalent.  

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing complex web based applications     using based technologies and frameworks like J2EE ibatis, Struts, Guice, Spring MVC,     JSP, AWS and log4j  

• Excellent core Java concepts- data structures, algorithms, multithreading and design patterns  

• Experience in integrating server side and UI components using standards like JSON, XML  

• Experience in database design and object modelling, SQL Queries and performance      tuning using MySQL  

• Experience in deployment using Tomcat/Apache server and UNIX environment 

• Experience in scaling web application to handle large concurrent users  

• Technical Project Management and Team Leadership experience  

• Experience in creating Mobile apps on android/iOS platform  

• Experience in network programming and JMS based message oriented middleware  

• Project Management skills and experience  

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, multi-tasking and excellent team leader  

• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies  

• Must be willing to be relocated to Makati City, Philippines
