JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.  Operate our portfolio management system and automatic trading systems, actively evaluate P&L, execution, risk and operational work flow status. Diagnose problems in our portfolios and operational work flow, and work with our portfolio managers and system specialists to solve problems.
2. Participate in proprietary software design
3. Implement and maintain various trading and operation systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Extremely detail oriented. Have good sense with large amounts of data. Be able to work under high pressure.
2. Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science related discipline.
3. Solid experience in programming languages such as C++, C# and Java.
4. Database experience in SQL server.
5. Participated in large scale projects
6. 0-2 years working experience. Equity market knowledge is preferred, but not required. Fresh graduate welcomed.
7. Familiar with excel spreadsheet macros and VBA.
8. Excellent Mandarin and fluent English.
9. Be able to work night shift to cover European and North American markets.
