Technical Project Manager (Middleware) – Insurance – Hong Kong

A leading global insurance firm seeks a Technical Project Manager with strong exposure to Middleware technology and vendor management.

Responsibilities of the role:

• You will provide weekly status report, infrastructure acceptance report/check list, regular update to PMO
• You will review and endorse the technical documentation and migration plan from vendors
• You will design and develop the Middleware transition and transformation methodology
• You will work with application developers and vendors to troubleshoot migration issues.

Requirements of the role:

• Around 5 years’ experience in leading complex regional infrastructure transition projects 
• Essential technical exposure: IBM WebSphere MQ, IBM WebSphere Application Server
• Vendor management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Advantage: Citrix XenApp server, JBOSS, IIS, HTTP, Tectia SSH server
