Job Descriptions:

• Perform telephone, email and on-site support on ParaDM System
• Troubleshooting on software and hardware level for ParaDM System
• Perform installation on ParaDM System
• Perform configuration of ParaDM System based on the user requirement provided by customers.
• Coordinate with development staff on application support matters
• Perform upgrade (including upgrade test) on ParaDM System
• Perform system test to ensure quality products are delivered and meet customers' expectation
• Monitor and manage internal support log system
• Manage internal IT hardware and software maintenance
• Provide admin training on ParaDM System
• Prepare documentation of technical guide

Job Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Cantonese and fair in Mandarin
• Experience in system support is an advantage
• Strong computer knowledge, basic hardware, SQL and programming knowledge is preferable
• Willing to learn proactively and work independently
• Excellent problems solving, interpersonal skills and phone handling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
