Duties:

• Take calls from customers and assist them to solve problems remotely over phone

• Provide remote solutions to problems while dealing with a wide range of products and using a powerful information database

• Probe, double-check and explain the problems to non-technical users

• Interact with Customer to ensure Customer satisfaction following established procedures

• Perform installations, re-installations, maintenance, and repairs on Customer equipment

• Deliver standard services

• Provide break-fix reactive support and installation for volume and value products

• Perform reporting and administrative functions

• Standby during non-office hour in roster

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of related working experience

• Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or equivalent

• Moderately complex troubleshooting skills

• Familiar with Proliant Server, Storage System and SAN Switches products

• Professional experience in technical areas

• Product-oriented certificates (e.g., MCSE)

• Broad technology knowledge (Operating systems, Hardware), proficiency in Office Technology

• Good customer service mindset,telephone communication skills and customer handling skill

• Ability to maintain ongoing relationships with customers, peers and support partners

• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
