RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for pre-sales, installation and post-sales activities for our suite of i-security products in Hong Kong
• To provide technical support and consultation on solving customer’s technical problems in ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide product training to our resellers.
• To support customers in maintenance related issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a diploma in IT / Computer Science, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years’ of relevant experience
• Conversant in English and Cantonese.
• Should have networking experience in routing and switching technology.
• Only applicants with network security experience need apply.
