Our QlikView Consultants need to be technically proficient in a wide range of programming languages, software products, development and architectural methodologies and be able to form part of a technical team to deliver complex software solutions.

The Consultant will need to become experts with QlikView, data modeling and relational databases, competent in design and architecture of complex software solutions and are experienced problem solving and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Interact with Clients to understand their business requirements. Participate in technical discussions communicating BI architectures and solutions. Work is flexible and projects vary in length from single-day pre-sales demonstrations (Seeing Is Believing), to short proof of concept deliveries, through to long-term, large-scale BI deployment projects.

Skills Required:

• QlikView experience or solid experience of Oracle BI, IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, or Spotfire.
• Experience of large RDMS (SQL, Oracle, DB2, Sybase or Teradata)
• Data Modeling and, preferably, ETL design experience
• Strong SQL and scripting skills and a strong understanding of the business
• Good communicator, Client facing experience is advantageous
• QlikView certifications are preferred but not essential
• Financial Services experience is preferred but not essential
• A Degree from a leading university is preferred but not essential
• Excellent English and Cantonese. (Mandarin useful)
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident or valid work permit for Hong Kong
• Recent Graduates will be provided full training and support to become expert and certified on QlikView.
