The Requirements are :-

• Lead a team of account handlers in developing & achieving Japanese business targets through providing professional and excellent customer services to clients
• Act as Account Handler for servicing, marketing & developing the existing key and important Japanese Corporate Clients & Intermediaries
• Develop and maintain good business relationship with clients and explore new business opportunities, expecially focus on making more quote chances and producing new marine and trade business
• Ensure all marketing services are handled in accordance to the company marketing and servicing requirements/standard and are carried out to the maximum benefits to the company
• Handle and assist in claims settlement for Japanese clients, consult and negotiate with head office on claim issues expecially for global Japanese program
• Diploma or above, holder of professional insurance qualifications i.e. CII or ANZIIF
• Min 8 years of relevant working experience in General Insurance industry
• Experience in account development/management or marine insurance will be of advantage
• Good leadership skill, self-motivated, result-oriented and achievement driven
• Excellent cusotmer services, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Hands on PC skills in using MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
