Our client is a leading provider of software and business management tools developing propriety data and software solutions. Its knowledge center acts as the support of its core business and is rapidly developing the group’s research and promotional activities related to the reparability of vehicles after accident. The company is focusing on expanding their business development and operations to promote, leverage and expand best practice to their business partners.

Major capital investment has been made to grow its presence globally with a focus on China. The company is searching for a persuasive leader with excellent project management skills to drive operations and implement strategies locally with a sound budgeting and financial management experience.

Reporting to the International MD based in Europe, the COO China will be a key member of the senior global management team based in Beijing.  The COO will need to be an ambitious, innovative, tech and business savvy leader with a capability to operate like a start- up. 

The candidate will have a BS/BA degree along with at least 10 years car technology, software services and ideally an insurance background. He or she will recruit, manage and retain staff and leverage strengths. He or she will communicate the key objectives to effectively motivate the team and inspire a shared vision.

The COO will need to be action oriented, dynamic, driven, pro active and eager to learn. He or she has the capability to oversee operations, sales, engineering, product and finance with the proven ability to step in and steer the business.

Native Mandarin speaker with international exposure preferred.
