About the Company and Role:

A dynamic life insurer with a determined commitment to the local Hong Kong market is seeking a talented business-led product development professional to join them and spearhead their efforts to innovate their business and capture more of the market. With sound financial backing, there will be sufficient resources to support the jobholder to drive new initiatives and product strategy

Key to success in this role is your expertise in the life product from concept to execution. With this expertise you will drive the formulation of short and long term product/customer strategy, drive the evaluation of new propositions including opportunity sizing and business case development.

You will develop the product proposition roadmap and set strategic initiatives whilst defining target segments and source of differentiation. 

You will be responsible for scanning the competitive environment to identify opportunities, market trends, competitor intelligence as well as develop rich insights into customer usage, behaviour and needs.

About You:

• Over 12 years’ working experience with a strong background life product development and proposition
• Project management experience - must be able to drive end to end implementation of projects
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills 
• Strong leadership skills coupled with a high and demanding benchmark
