Our Client, is an established apparel manufacturer are seeking for high caliber candidates to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations and overall management functions including production, quality control, administration, and etc.
• Liaise and work with concerned parties, Head Office, Merchandisers, Customers, Suppliers, on production and delivery issues.
• Achieve production target within budgeted cost, time and quality attributes.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Identify training needs of workers and develop existing training programmes.
• Supervise and review workers performance, and motivate teamwork.
• Ensure achievement of production targets.
• Develop a proper budget process from the Manufacturing areas.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 10 years’ experience on overall factory operations and management,  preferably in manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, management and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, enthusiastic, with good communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Station in Viernam/ Cambodia/ Myanmar
