Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Registered pharmacist with valid practicing certificate
• At least 3 years solid experience at supervisory level in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with the manufacture of solid dose pharmaceuticals, including tableting, capsuling, granulation, coating, milling, blending, filling and packaging.
• Must have solid experience gained from FDA and EU recognized factories
• Familiar with the operation of Tablet machines, including wet granulation, dry granulation and direct compression.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Production Officer.

  Responsibilities:

•   Ÿ   Prepare and review SOPs or protocols in accordance with PIC/s GMP.
•   Ÿ   Prepare equipment qualification document (IQ/OQ/PQ) and execute
•   Ÿ   Prepare execute process transfer/process validations document and execute
•   Ÿ   Responsible for training of production personnel.
•   Ÿ   Coordinate and control production activities, including control of production process and production facilities.
•   Ÿ   Implement and fulfill production plan/targets and supervise employees engage in manufacturing process.
•   Ÿ   Ensure that the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant is operated according to the requirements of GMP as set out in the guidelines for pharmaceutical products by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong.
•   Ÿ   Work location: Tai Po
